Biernes Santo

Kahit na mahal na araw dito ay may pasok pa rin di gaya sa Pinas na walang pasok ng ilang araw sa paggunita ng Semana Santa. Araw sana ng pagmuni-muni sa taong kagaya ko at sa iba nama'y araw ng pagre-relax.


Sa totoo lang, masakit ang aking sikmura dahil sa isang tao. Asar ako, pero inisip ko na Biernes Santo dapat magpakahinahon ako at huwag mag buntong hininga ng mabigat at kalmahin ang tono ng aking boses. Naasar ako kaya isusulat ko na lang dito ang aking pagka-asar. Ako ang taga-test ng fw dito, kaya alam ko kung bakit may mga iba't-ibang fw dahil na rin sa kinakailangan ng kliyente. At lahat naman ay pinapaalam ko sa aking bos. Ewan ko kung binabasa nya aking email o hindi. AT kung nagpapaliwanag ako, dito ko alam kung nakikinig sa akin o hindi. At ito ang aking kinaiinis at nakakainsulto. Pag kailangan nya ang tulong ko ay sunod agad ako dahil nga bos ko. May problema sa fw, sana naman tanungin muna nya ako kung me alam ako. Syempre, may nakakataas din na bos na dapat nyang tanungin. Naaasar ako. Wala akong ganang mag trabaho kasi nga bad trip ako. May mga tao naman kasing sabak ng sabak kahit di alam kung ano ang nilalagay eh. Sa bandang huli, ako ang may kasalanan. Syempre ayaw ko namang pangunahan sila, may tiwala naman akong alam nila ang ginagamit nilang fw. Mali pa ako pag kokontrahin sila.

May isa pa dyan, laging sinasabing may bug. Akala mo perpekto pag nagsalita. hmp! Gusto ba yung pag dumating sa mesa ko ay sya na ang uunahin, syempre dapat kong tapusin muna ang unang tao na dumating. Asar ako. hmp! Pag me problema naman tinatawagan ako. hmp.

hay buhay! isipin ko na lang si Jesus ay mas malaking sakripisyo ang ginawa para sa atin. period.

My first course to conduct

Next week, I'll be conducting my first course infront of our new clients. I heard they are from Greece. During one of the Pizza Days (only Fridays), my boss was telling to us that I'd be the one to conduct. here's our conversation:

boss: Don't you know that bing would conduct here first course.
me: you must be kidding (laughing). I can prepare the devices for you.
boss: Boss A sent an email to me, he suggested to have you because you speak well in English.
me: nobody told me (not yet believing and still laughing). you must be kidding!
boss: you can ask the marketing dept. they already knew that you're the one to conduct. We'll do together, don't worry.

'Don't worry' was true at the moment. Obviously I was surprised yet happy. From that noon, my mind was grilling on the 'content' of the course. I am not worried on the medium of speaking which I prefer, I am not fluent (in its meaning) in italian. There are times that my italian conversation is mixed with some tagalog/english/ilocano words! hehehe Anyway, I am able to express myself (thanks God!) and to be able to understand them. Now, I am thinking on the 'content', what to include on my 'blah..blah!'.

I have to work now.

Gloomy Tuesday..

This morning was a little bit cold. I was happy going for work and to work. I felt 'fully energized'. I started my work well.

I was just bit saddened with something. Anyway, having friends means to understand how a person look at you, to understand their perception. To understand does not mean to accept. Like to respect them does not mean that I accept them. Maybe accept them as they are, but I can't be with them. I prefer to stay away. There are many things in the world that are worth sacrificing! Anyway, I can learn from their views about me. Maybe, I am not aware that I am getting rude and disrespectful. Well, I am not going to blame myself, but I have to be more careful as I can.

Maybe I am just thin-skin.

Heavy day..

That was 2 days ago...

Today, I can have time to go in the bathroom or get a bottle of water for me. I can do my usual work-to test software and a some devices.

Two days ago it was different! We had a problems on firmware (not yet available at that moment) and also hardware that I had to use. There was no the same type of device around. I had to download a certain .hex file then download another .bin file as its firmware. It seems everything was going OK. At this point, it seems I was working at the dark, I've got no idea how does 'Flash Magic' work! I was a bit afraid that the only device I have would be destroyed or would have some technical problems. I suddenly noticed that the results coming out is not correct.

'Finalmente hai capito.!'

An expression from my Boss after I explained to him the logs on the Packet Trace. I explained to him the details, comparing the protocol against the result of the logs. He told me that I can see the bits as he does. Unbelieving, I replied to him 'You're kidding!'. He remembered the first time he 'introduced' to me the "world of bits" as well as the protol using the datascope. I have to admit that I was really lost, they were unknown to me. Everytime I needed to ask my Boss to explain the protocol and what are the meaning of the bits passing infront of my eyes! I told him that he started to introduce to me the complex protocols.

I am happy. It boosts my ego..hehehe

Eureka !!!

I'm happy for this day working because I was able to see an interesting info from the datascope. Well, reading the protocol, I've learned something..! A new discovery for today. I was able to understand and read from the datascope registration the protocol by myself. And so I was happy to explain what I see to my boss. He said 'I'm happy for a small thing' hehehe ..ania ngarud!

Another 'bonus' idea is that...there are biometric devices exist that work marvelous! Learning is fulfilling really

I think I'm liking to 'study' protocols. But I need an enormous perseverance on my pocket, though!

Well, in a few minutes I have to go...

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's adventure here at work !!!

Backache

This morning, my boss was complaining for backache, he was holding his back.. I remember what my doctor suggested to me for my backache, h said it's good for my back if I go swimming. Uh-oh! Swimming??! No, thanks. I don't know how to swim and that I'm shy to use swim suit. Just imagine this-- buddha with swimsuit..hehehe I'm afraid if I do 'splash' the pool water might spilled out of the pool! My hubby is pushing me to learn swimming, but I just shrug it off.

I have some medicine for the backache..medicine for terrible headache..a medicine to help increase my blood pressure. Anyway, I take those medicines when really needed. It seems I am an extension of a drugstore ;)

Back to back pain. I feel pain on my back. I have to bear, I forgot my medicine to bring with me. Sitting 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday is not that great. I'm not complaining. My every morning walk or you call it a stride does help a little. I don't get sweat neither tired when I reach my work place. I think I have to take another long walk next time and not to take the nearest streets to arrive where I work.

Starting a week...

It's Monday..! The working week is about to begin. Nn my case, I have started.

I've learned another lesson--to do scrupulously my work. Well, I do always. There are people around who thinks we're not doing our job well. The worst is to point the blame on me. Yet I can't pass the blame to anyone else. Ay na biag! Well, it's part of the job as well as part of learning. I have to be focused and consistent.

I have a couple of versions to work on.. I need another machine for the other server..but the machines are few :( I've to think a temporary solutions. Every now and then I have to transfer a device from one server to the other server. Another problem is to make a written explanation in italian..Until now I have a difficulty of knowing 'gender' of a noun and verb...
